Legal compliance

The Audit will be in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act 85 of 1993, the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act 130, the Community Fire Safety By-Law 11527 and the National Building Regulation SANS:10400 and OHSAS 18001.

A Health and Safety Compliance Certificate is a certifying document that asserts and approves a workplace as legally compliant with the Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements.

This certificate is proof that a company has met and passed all legal standards required by law to create a healthy and safe working environment for all.
